The Challenge: Capture personal patient stories while in sensitive medical spaces

The Solution: Our client wanted to capture authentic stories from their patients and providers to create a video for internal and external usage. Each video took planning and coordination with the medical facility and the patient. Oftentimes, each video would involve two days of filming, with one day being testimonials and the other for b-roll and supporting footage. My role during production was overseeing all pre-production needs, including working with the crew to determine the look and feel, and making sure it fit with the Carelon branding. During production, I was on-site facilitating the interview process and directing the DP while capturing b-roll. Being involved in the production allowed the post-production process to go smoothly, as I was able to refer back to notes from the shoot.

These projects involved creating a full video and then supporting social snippets.
